    The yard is all nice and clean. The dog is gone. Poop is now under the car and in the strip of grass on the right side of car. Smell is obviously still a problem.

    Every morning blocks sidewalk with his cars. Disabled walkers must walk in the street. Even if he see's you coming he will block the sidewalk.

    This is a better picture for service request #666140 from 7/6/16. The odor from this yard is so offensive that I cannot open my back door for air. I cannot hang clothes on the line. Cannot use my back yard for entertainment. My car is effected. Odor so offensive it gives me a headache. I have talked to the renters, owner, and City of Oakland Code enforcement, Animal Control and the Police. Does anyone have any other ideas on how to handle this problem?

    Dog poop in yard. I have been through City of Oakland. I have 4 case numbers beginning in December 2015. Nothing is really being done about this situation. Owners of the 2 Pitbulls and property owner refuse to comply.
