Including a male chicken (Rooster) which is against code which allows hens but not roosters. It's cockadoodledooing at all hours of the day including at 12:15AM last night waking people up.

Pothole ArchivedDelaware Ave Albany, NY, 12202, USA - AlbanyThe street that runs through the TOAST parking lot is once again a minefield of potholes. I really really don't think it can just be patched again, it NEEDS to be repaved. Please consider adding this to the list of streets to repave this year. I guess this is also considered Lincoln Park Rd (Extension?)
-
84-88 Delaware Ave Albany Ny 12202, USA - AlbanyThe road that goes through the parking lot of TOAST is a virtual minefield of car eating craters big enough to swallow a pink escalade whole. And there are a lot of them, so driving through here requires weaving and dodging like you are a new inductee into wrench dodging class. Please have someone go out and fix these before someone polevaults their car in the elementary school parking lot. I'm sure the kids would love it, but it would be less amusing for everyone else.

2-26 Leonard Place Albany, New York - Albany
A few weeks ago National Grid installed a new set of poles on the street, and moved over the national grid lines.
The Spectrum lines still remain on the old cut down poles. It would be great if spectrum lines could be moved to the new poles, and the old poles removed completely.
As a bonus, it would be great if Verizon could move their lines from the poles on the other side of the street to the new poles, so they can also be removed. Right now, there is two sets of poles on one side, and another set on the other, just for Verizon.

Very bad surface, deep potholes Archived28-32 Oneida Terrace Albany, New York - AlbanyThere are several deep e potholes and an extremely rough surface right near the top of the hill, please see about resurfacing this stretch of road or at least filling in the big potholes.
-
66 South Pearl Street Albany New York - AlbanyThank you for filling the large potholes as I reported in an earlier issue. It's not going to break any cars now at least. But the road surface is still bad, (South Pearl Between on/off ramp for S Mall Arterial/787/Dunn )especially when you consider this is a main thoroughfare, and one of the primary areas people go when going to the Times Union Center and Empire State Plaza. It really should be repaved, especially with all the rehabilitaton on the S Mall Arterial going on.
-
Signs (Missing, Needed, or Damaged) Archived90 South Swan Street Albany, New York - Central AvenueThe intersection of State St and Swan really needs better pavement markings for the turn lanes onto State and straight to Washington Ave. Right now coming up S Swan from the S Mall Arterial is a disaster, there is no merge warning from the S Swan Building parking lot, there is no lane markings of any sort to indicate a right turn lane for State, and to go straight. Nobody knows where they are going, and it's a dangerous stretch of road. Please provide better pavement markings indicting the lanes for straight, turning, and merge from the parking lot. I've attached a picture with what I think this intersection should look like.
-
South Swan St Horrible road surface Archived122-136 South Swan Street Albany, New York - Center SquareThe road surface on South Swan st on either side of the South Mall Arterial is terrible, you'd never know it was one of the main ingress and egress points from the city, You just repaved Hudson ave up to S Swan St, now can you please repave South Swan? It's a really terrible stretch of road, I drive it every day to and from work, and it's terrible.
