Shopping cart dumped on sidewalk

Shopping cart dumped on sidewalk at PSEg again.

Do you penalize the stores that allow their carts to be taken off-site ?

This was reported and supposed to be picked up. It has been there weeks. I know it is the same cart because it has no front wheels.

Shopping cart dumped on sidewalk has been there for weeks

This large wooden pallet was dumped on the sidewalk. It has been there for WEEKS. Every time there is a trash / bulk collection, they leave it there.

Property owner has NOT SHOVELED sidewalk ONCE in 10 years!!! Needs to be penalized maximum after every snowfall.
