    Free clinic agreed to keep dumpster locked. It has not been locked in months. This allows people to dumpster dive. Also its bad for the St. Petersburg preservation walking tours. They have to walk right in front of the dumpster to enter Lang Court. The dumpster blocks an alley too.

    Street sign replaced in ground was turned the wrong way. It is showing lang court north as parallel with calla terrace. This can confuse deliveries, emergency vehicles etc. You can see the repair job. The dirt is still heaped around the pole.
