Description
Free clinic agreed to keep dumpster locked. It has not been locked in months. This allows people to dumpster dive. Also its bad for the St. Petersburg preservation walking tours. They have to walk right in front of the dumpster to enter Lang Court. The dumpster blocks an alley too.

In the future…Do not submit a report under “Post to Neighbors” with the expectation that the county or city will receive and fix the problem.
