    Water leak in the road at Andrew Jackson Way in front of the house at 2204. We had been watching this for a few days to make sure this was not just a rain puddle. Note the sand/silt washing up from below the road bed below.

    There is a water leak at the SE corner of Quietdale and Christian. It is just outside the fence at Lee HS and running towards the tennis courts. You can see the water bubbling up from the green cover plate.

    There is a slow water leak in the road between 510 and 512 Forrest Circle. We had been watching this for a few days to make sure it was not just a rain puddle, but know after two days without rain it is still here. And it appears to be larger today.

    The culvert that runs under Lee High Drive next to this house is blocked with debris. There are lots of branches, etc. that have collected on the north side of the culvert. Can someone please clean this out?

    The last couple of days there has been a lot of construction/destruction on this property but there is no work permit posted. Construction roll-off dumpster parked in the yard so they expect to do a lot of work. Can someone please verify the workers have the necessary permits for this?

    It's been over two weeks since this was last reported and nothing has happened. The grass has gotten out of hand and now the vines are growing inside the windows. It was never fully cut the last time this house was turned in. There is garbage in the yard, which you can't see due to the 3 foot tall weeds.

    Walk around back and see how bad this with the weeds and high grass is and add to it the trash on the back deck, but use the Deep Woods Off if you venture back there, the fleas and mosquitos will have their way with you otherwise.

    Please take care of this.

    House has been abandoned for years and has a stop work notice on the front since 2018. New workers hard at it with no permits visibile and a roll off in the yard.

    Graffiti vandals have been at work, again. At the old abandoned fire station on North Dallas; the back of the fire station has been vandalized, and both the east and west side of the culvert going under the railroad tracks. And the the retaining wall next the culvert on the west side of the tracks as well. Looks to be a bit of contamination to the water here as well, which is a shame given the amount of wildlife that actually use this area!

    The house at 2019 has been sold and appears to be going through renovations. This is all well and good, and we have seen numerous contractors (plumbing, electrical) vehicles in the driveway, but there are no permits posted for what appears to be quite a bit of work.
