Parents picking up and dropping off their kids at PHE regularly park in crosswalks making it unsafe for everyone attempting to cross. A similar report was made in September and the response was that the request was routed to APD who would conduct random enforcement checks. There is no indication that this is happening. It would also be helpful to implement bump outs at crosswalks because you routinely have to poke out from between parked cars to get a view of when it's safe to cross.
