    There is a large culvert for Gilliam Creek along Tukwila Parkway (on the freeway side) that goes under 61st Ave S (the bridge over I-405). The culvert now has a blanket and building material covering the culvert making it look like an illegal campsite and that someone may be living in the culvert. This is dangerous for water flow in the rainy season.

    I did not see anyone at the site when I was driving by.
