This main cover or whatever it is protrudes up to far in this lawn. Please lower it to allow for lawnmowing.

In the southwest corner of Newnan lakes Blvd and Newnan lakes drive exists a serous drainage issue that we have been dealing with. We need Newnan city to assist us with a remedy as our hoa has very little funds to fix a grading issue.
