Multiple potholes at the Northbound end of Wetherill Rd just before it meets Old Country Rd. These are on Wetherill Rd and not on Old Country Rd.

Pole for street signs "one-way" pointing south and "Do Not Enter" facing north at intersection of Ivy Ct. and Fair Ct. parking lot is down because the base broke off in the ground. Needs a new pole.

Village tree at left side of 56 Westbury Rd. by curb was removed many months ago, but the stump has not been removed. Need to remove the large stump which protrudes above ground level.

At the East entrance of VIllage Hall, there are 5 short-stay parking spaces adjacent to the sidewalk. To the left of the first marked space near the curb, there is a pavement depression which fills with water every time it rains significantly. Water flows right to the adjacent parking space, making it unusable for days as you have to step into standing water to exit your car to reach the sidewalk.

Two trees at 40 Bayberry Ave. have long branches which hang down over the street at only about 10-11 ft high at the end points. I have observed UPS trucks driving by and hitting the ends of these branches.

Street light is out at 37 Mulberry Ave., at corner of Spruce St.

Dead village tree at curbside in front of 192 Wetherill Rd.

On west side of Wetherill Rd. between Mulberry Ave. and Transverse Rd. A village tree at curb/sidewalk has huge above-ground roots uplifting the sidewalk in multiple places. Major hazard for pedestrians, especially in darkness. To replace the sidewalk properly to prevent recurrence would require such extensive root removal as to make the tree unstable in windstorms. Tree needs to be removed and sidewalk replaced after removal of roots.

Street light in front of 37 Transverse Rd. is not working.

Village tree at curb appears to be dying because virtually all the leaves on this oak tree are brown. Seems to be unrelated to the recent storm as no storm damage is evident. At this time of year the leaves should be green.

Water catch basin at northeast corner of Lefferts Rd. and Transverse Rd. overflows into the road every time there is significant rain. It then takes up to three days to drain off. Pedestrians cannot cross either street at this corner as the overflow extends three to four feet out into the roadway on both streets. Presently overflowed at this time. Catch basin needs thorough cleanout.

On St. James St. N, eastbound past the corner of Devereaux Pl, there is a pothole at the edge of a manhole. The manhole cover reads "Garden City Telephone 1910". The metal frame edge of the manhole has collapsed into a depression at this place. It is likely there is water intrusion into the manhole as well as being a traffic hazard.

I am reporting this as a road hazard under "pothole" as this is the closest category. There is a water main cover at the corner of Bayberry and Spruce. Rising up from its center is an elevated piece of circular pipe about 3 inches in diameter which rises about 3 inches above the road surface, right in the path of Eastbound traffic on Bayberry.

The street light at the corner of Old Country Rd. and Spruce St. was removed by PSEG when the new higher poles were recently installed. It should have been re-installed on the new pole. We need this street light as the north end of Spruce St. is very dark at night. Please contact PSEG.

Street name sign for Laurel St. at corner of Mulberry Ave. and Laurel St. is missing

Exposed wiring at base of street light by 21 Maxwell Rd., corner of Transverse Rd.

On street light pole , corner of Maxwell Rd. and Claydon Rd., the wiring cover at the bottom is lying on the ground. The wiring for the light is exposed. This is a hazard.

At corner of Mulberry Ave and Hemlock Park access road there is a 2 ft diameter pothole down to the bare soil.
