    Why are pedestrians, especially those with strollers and wheelchairs forced into the street to accommodate people who bought/rented houses that didn't meet their parking needs?

    Corner of Fulton Spring and Fulton floods in the rain, leaving large amounts of standing water for much of the year (right across from a school bus stop). The Fulton Spring section is pitched away from the drain rather than toward it. A proper sidewalk and curb could alleviate the issue.

    When people are traveling south on Fellsview in the morning to avoid the backup on Fulton, they tend to accelerate right as they pass #35, reaching 40+ as they pass Hatch. I am not sure what can be done to slow people down, but anything would be appreciated!
