cars will turn right on red from left lane

Cars will continuously pull up to this lane and then merge into the traffic. This either needs to be turned into a lane or needs to be blocked off.

Vehicle has been blocking street and driveway for over three days.

This entire block is always blocked by cars parked on the street and the suicide lane. Cars cannot move forward. This is DAILY!!!!! What's the point of paying park enforcement if no one enforces parking laws!!!! Cars are blocking traffic and creating hazard for all other drivers. This is unacceptable.

Sign on side walk notes that left lane is for turning only but sign is not visible from street and lane is not marked. Cars in left lane are not turning and driving straight into the next following turning lane at the next intersection blocking traffic. Either mark left lane as turning lane or get rid for sign.

Dupont circle fountain has been overflowing for days now.

Stop lights not visible to cars when red or green for traffic on the circle. Cars are driving through red lights and endangering pedestrians.

Weekly occurrence

Center lane arrow points ahead but road is closed due to construction. Cars are still turning left from center lane, despite straight arrow, and are then trying to merge with turning traffic. Very dangerous. Please change arrow or close the lane completely.
