There is 2+ feet of sand on the handicap walkway leading down to the beach and people in strollers, etc. can't get to the beach. I REORTED THIS PROBLEM WEEKS AGO, BUT NOBODY HAS DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT......HOW COME?
