    Renovation company doing work on home on Seward Sq (@ 5th St SE) has parked a dumpster blocking an operational fire hydrant, but also too close to corner ( they have put orange pylons at rear so people from 5th don't hit it on the corner.

    After 5th St block party on Sept 21 the yellow street cleaning bags are still there. All prev years, p/up was same day.
