    The stop sign for those exiting the parking garage/library is not visible for drivers and most drivers do not stop which is a major risk to pedestrians. The stop sign should be more visible and perhaps a mirror should be installed so drivers can see pedestrians are on the sidewalk.

    Beside the sidewalk on N. Harrison St just south of Bunn Drive (between the NikSun driveway and Bunn Drive), there is a very healthy poison ivy vine growing on a tree. The vine droops over half the width of the sidewalk, where unwary pedestrians are very likely to brush against it.

    S Brothers was contracted to do milling and paving on Witherspoon. When I walked past, I noticed they were using red diesel contained in a five gallon bucket without a lid. This is hazardous material that is improperly stored. The volatiles that are emitted from petrochemicals pose a serious hazard and health risk to local civilians. This is a second complaint. Is it better if I contact the EPA or another regulating body to solve this?
