    The traffic signal skips the left turn from edgewater into hillsdale especially in the morning.
    Also the signals don't seem to account for traffic or lack thereof.
    Especially early in the morning there are times when the left signal will skip and the opposite signals go green and stay green for long periods even if there are no vehicles crossing.

    The attached image shows that the sign that is seen by people going east or northeast on East Hillsdale Blvd, the middle portion of this electronic display is malfunctioning.

    A rectangular portion of the other sign is always dark.
