Howard County, MD (Tell HoCo) Neighbor

Oakley is a very friendly dog. Has no collar or leash. He was in the process of being groomed. His head, top of chest, and right front leg was shaven down. The remainder of his body has long curly black hair.

A lot of trash. Obviously someone stands here and leaves trash behind.

Huge and deep pothole in the middle of the road

The traffic light at the intersection of Rt 99, Maplewood Drive and Wetherburn Rd is not working. The light is constantly green to traffic on Rt 99. Drivers on Maplewood and Wetherburn cannot make a left turn onto Rt 99.

I saw this dog as I was driving. I wasn’t able to pick him up so unsure where he is now.

Trees around the neighborhood have been dying. Some have fungus. A few were already taken down, down the street. This one on the edge of my property planted by the county next to the hydrant and street light is in poor condition and barely has any growth. The one adjacent to it has green and growth but covered with fungus.

Invasive wisteria is climbing trees near the entrance to Alpha Ridge Park. If left alone, it will take down the trees it is strangling.

There has been a trickle of water coming down Jacobs Ladder the past few days. Thought maybe it was nothing and would stop but it continues, so Im wondering if it is a water main break.

Trucks are constantly unloading vehicles for the car dealership and block traffic lanes. Workers are frequently in the road with little visibility.

Tree branches and vines need to be cut back due to hanging into the roadway. At Marriottsville Road past Driver Road prior to the RR Tracks.

Destruction of wooded area: Someone is clearing the woods off the path to create what looks to me a camp site and track. The destruction in extensive.

Property owner has a damaged cover on cleanout - see photo. Concerned that water and debris is getting in. Can this be fixed or replaced?

Storm drain pipe under driveway on down slope of Allview drive has become clogged. Uphill entry side is open . Downhill opening is completely closed off with grass growing over it. Heavy rain storms cause water to pond in drainage ditch and flow down driveway toward house #6537. I am not sure whose responsibility this is.
