    Neighbors next door at 51-53 Pendleton Street posses amplified band equipment( drum, guitar). As reported before they continue to play music at concert levels at random times(days), many times late into evening(sometimes til midnight).
    I continue to make noise complaints to police department, however the warning is short lived and they continue to play. They and/or property owner need another official warning with consequences. This is intolerable for a residential area.

    Recent neighbors(about 6/7 months) are apparently musicians(a band) and use the house to practice/ rehearse / entertain. The volume of the music is at concert / club hall levels everyday, random times, sometimes for several hours continuously, until as late as midnight. I've made two or three police noise complaints, however to no avail. They are truly in violation of noise ordinance for this residential area. I'd like to know how they or the property owner can be formally notified of the noise complaint and the consequences.
