The exact address in question is 51-53 Pendleton Street, New Haven,; Not sure what floor tenant in question is on, however from side of my house it appears that basement is used at times for this activity.Last report to police was yesterday, April 12th, About 9:30pm; Previous police complaint was week before on April 7th about 11:30pm along with two previous complaints. As previously stated this is not recorded music; amplified instruments(percussion, guitar) are being used for what seems to be practice/ rehearsal/ entertainment, at club / concert hall levels; random hours of day / evening and several hours at a time.

Called health department, connected to environmental division. Explained dilema, told that the health dept doesn't handle this type of complaint. Refered to police dept and mayors hotline. Feels like I'm going in circles.

Health Inspector talked with tenants and informed them they must follow the noise ordinance.
