    THe is a brand new pedestrian crosswalk with flashing signs that are being universally ignored. This crosswalk is in frequent use by Chapel Haven residents and would be of great use and comfort of them if motorists obeyed the signal. The road rage is bad at rush hours but the lack of courtesy to pedestrians is dangerous.
