    Storm drains clogged on southeast corner of Ellwood / Sheppard. Busy intersection regularly floods in rain storms as a result.

    Light timing way too short traveling north/south. Was shortened when new brick crosswalks were put in. Only two cars can get through per cycle on weekend. Will be a traffic nightmare when carytown summer festivals start.
