Caller reported being approached for money handout leaving the Meijer grocery store after shopping on multiple occasions. Reports the people are walking from homeless encampment behind Pet Supplies Plus, appear "high," and will get angry if money is not provided.

The area under the dog play platforms in both lots needs some type of gravel or well-draining fill as the areas are permanently muddy.

Citizen reported the tree in the ROW on the west side of Marlow, just north of the intersection with Sussex, has large branch loose from the ice storm and dangling in electrical wires.

Streetlight formerly on utility pole at corner of Oakview and Westnedge has not been replaced following the replacement of the utilities pole, leaving the intersection dark.

City mowing person was reported by citizen to be blowing cut grass out into the road after mowing city property at the corner of Newells and Forest Drive.

Citizen reported two Sackett campaign signs in the right of way at centre and us 131. This would be at the northeast corner between 131 and Angling. Please review signs to see if located correctly or incorrectly.

Citizen advised that Centre Avenue driveway to City Hall had tree branches growing over and blocking the No Left Turn sign.

Plastic car parts in the driving lanes of Oakland Drive near Prairie's Edge Church from prior auto accident.

Resident stated numerous vehicles/boats/RVs, etc. are parked in the ROW and in yards along the entire length of South Shore from connection to Westnedge on southward.

Received a call from a resident stating that a utility (gas presumably) cover is missing from a post at the intersection.
