The playground sign at Eastgate Park was removed or knocked over and placed in the trash. It is a safety issue as well, since the sign is heavy and protruding from the can.

Someone has repositioned the solar panel on Cooper's Pond in Eastgate Park so it is facing directly at the trees and picnic area - and getting no direct sunlight (this picture is from its original placement). As a result, the bubblers haven't been working and the pond is turning green (again).

Someone (or multiple people) are removing blocks from the retaining wall by the pond and throwing them in the water. The wall itself is starting to fall apart. This is a safety, and should be addressed immediately.

This "temporary ramp" has been in place for 2 years on Wingate Drive by the sidewalk entrance to Eastgate Park. The sidewalk needs to be replaced. It is particularly dangerous for older residents and small children on bikes, and an unnecessary inconvenience for anyone with a stroller. While there are a few other broken areas further south on Wingate, this is the worst in the area around the park.

Safety Issue - someone has placed a board from the edge of the pond to the pond drain. With all the extra folks (especially kids) around the park, this is dangerous!

This is city park property - it needs to be cut and trimmed!

Someone has placed two logs from the concrete side of the pond as planks to the water drain in the pond. This is a potential safety hazard if any kids venture out over the logs.

Due to low vegetation, the new stop sign is obstructed as you come up the hill. As this is a new stop sign, the visibility needs to be improved.

The storm drain cover is off at this intersection and the drain is open - this is a potential safety hazard to pedestrians and pets.

Next to the new fire hydrant at the intersection of Wingate and Steinbeck, a deep hole has reopened between the hydrant and storm drain. This presents a serious safety issue if a person or animal should step into the hole. An earlier repair apparently did not fully correct the issue.

The stop sign on the East side of the intersection is on the ground.

Trees are down and blocking the sidewalk in two places - near the field and by the playground.

This house is now posted as an "Unsafe Structure" following a fire. When can we expect the site to be cleared/secured?

The light on post #14NY64 is damaged, and one of the parts is on the ground. This is located on the sidewalk near the field that goes from Wingate to the center of the park.
