    On the south side of Shuter some construction truck dumped a very long patch of cement on the road. Very dangerous for two wheeled vehicles!

    Shuter from Parliament to River is covered in dirt and gravel from the ongoing construction. It needs to be swept up not watered down where it collects on the side of the road.

    Cars coming over Eastern Ramp onto Richmond street go flying down the road at many KM/h past the speed limit making this road almost impossible to cross. It needs street lights to stop the traffic yesterday before someone gets killed.

    The men and women who go to this facility are abusive to people in the neighbourhood, they urinate on our properties, they litter, they bring their drugs with them to abuse on the surrounding streets, they consistently feed the birds, they yell at all times of the day and night, they shout obscenities at the people walking by, occasionally they accost the women walking by, they destroy property of area residents (by physical means), etc. And although there are laws against all of the is the police and city will not act upon it because the Shepherd Mission is a religious run establishment. (even if it is an large not-for-profit American business) The people in the neighbourhood want the Shepherd Mission held accountable for their lack of action and monitoring of their establishment.
