    For several weeks a cyclist has been riding on i540, on the right break down lane, around 7 am. West bound. I usually pass him some where between US 70 and aviation parkway. This morning I passed him on I-40 near page rd exit, west bound. He is going to get himself killed riding on those interstate highways.

    Debris blocking culvert entrance at mile 3/4 on Simms Branch. Next heavy rain, will result in flooding over the trail due to blockage of culvert.

    Intersection of page road and s. miami blvd., a busy intersection in the morning. THis light malfunctions everytime there is a heavy rain.
