This issue was reported to this site on 12/17/2015. It said it was addressed. Then it was "archived" where I could not reopen it. So here I am again reposting it to see if it gets fixed. Owner has not cleaned up this lot AT ALL! Trash everywhere, overgrowth brush, old broken fence and uncompleted fence litter this lot. This is also considered a vacant lot by the city and may NOT be used for parking. The owner still parks his cab in the lot on a continuous basis(see picture).

No front plate, out of date registration sticker, out of date inspection sticker. Possible drug storage vehicle.

Also looks like recent ticket has been issued to it. Officer/Parking enforcement would'nt take notice that this would be possibly abandoned??

Owner started building fence and did not complete it, Left old fence in lot, no garbage has been picked up, and has not taken care of brush overgrowth. This has been like this for months.
