My tenants & I had reported illegal dumping here it happens often and we know who contributes to this. The trash was not picked up as a result a homeless decided to relocate in front of my property. Blocking my tenants’ driveway, which is unacceptable. The illegal dumping has attributed and caused rat infestation, which is costing me money to get rid of; I am subject to a lawsuit from tenants.
