The traffic signal, especially on weekends does not appear to be functioning properly.

The pedestrian signal to cross New Scotland Ave cycles through at each light change even when nobody pressed the button.

Secondly, the signal coming from Lenox onto Buckingham or New Scotland cycles to green even though no cars have approached the intersection.

These issues unnecessarily create traffic backups at the intersection.
