5 street lights in neighborhood along Ryckman are out. All street lights on Hansen are out.

Pick Pocketed, I was walking up Washington Ave when I was stopped by a couple looking for a restaurant recommendation. They kept me busy for a good period of time asking questions and having me look at her phone to confirm the restaurant I was recommending. About 30 minute later, I went to grab my phone to call my husband and it was gone. Luckily my phone is over 8 years old and they discarded it on the far end of Academy Park where someone found it. It is back in my possession. The couple were white, around 40 years old and spoke with a Eastern European accent; both very thin. The man is tall (6 ft ish), receding light colored curly hair. Woman is short (5 ft ish), shoulder length white curly hair. Wide curls, not tight. This happened around 6:30 pm on Wednesday August 3rd.

Not sure if this is an issue, but there is a beaver or muskrat living in the Ryckman Alley wet lands. Not sure how he/she affects the equipment and controls. Just wanted the Albany Water Dept to know.

Manhole cover in Ryckman Ave alley (behind 41 Ryckman Ave and 22 Ridgefield) was raised and moved in the August 13th storm. It has been put back in place by a resident, but please look into why it moved.

Vehicle left in middle of street during the snow storm. Driver was adviced that it was not a parking spot when the vehicle was left there. The spot where this person parked is where the plows put the snow, once they get an opportunity to come by. PLEASE TOW!

Sewer in front of 41Ryckman Ave needs to be cleaned out. During Saturdays storm it filled, pooled on the road and broached the sidewalk.

Please have the lights shut off on the basketball courts when the park is closed. Last night, 9 20 something males were playing basketball and screaming until after midnight. Although I called the police to have it looked into, they were busy and couldn't come by promptly. I took it upon myself to confront the group (while on the phone with the police dispatcher), subjecting myself to harassment and violent sexual verbal assaults until they left, by car. I am assuming that since they drove, they do not live in the neighborhood. By keeping the lights off after closing may alleviate some of this problem.
