Recycling missed. Some trash missed. Rat problem. Please fix.

Just took top bag and left all other trash again! Please tip can as people keeping adding to trash because it was not picked up. 905 M!

For the third time in four tries the trash collectors openly ignored our cans on the curb. I saw it happen and ran after them. This is crazy! Why do we keep missing our pickup. I have called multiple times and nothing has changed.
