The street on the south end of the garage access road behind Silky Oak Circle and intersecting Tall Oak Blvd, continuously floods when it rain or when yard irrigation systems are turned on at night or in the morning. We have noticed an alarming increase in mosquito activity. The depression in the road needs to be corrected to ensure proper drainage into the storm drains.
