If you consider fixed meaning a crew came out and looked at the problem and closed the work order. But to us rational people, we still see the problem nothing has been done to change it, after a year of waiting. Please fix the problem.

The drainage problem still stands, pun intended. Several crews came out and looked at it, but no work was done. This problem is a mosquito magnet, please correct this issue, its important for our health.

I beg to differ no work has been completed and water continues to puddle after every rain or grass watering in the center of the road. The road is not sloped properly at that end to properly drain. You don't have to be a civil engineer to understand that the road was not properly constructed.
