The presence of dog feces and the draining of their laundry water also has led to this being a health hazard for residents backing up to this alley.

Back yard of 3731 has an abundance of garbage, dog feces and sewage coming from the house that has led to a large rat infestation that has spread to the entire alley.

The photo is from Monday when the Cara should have been moved for weekly street cleaning. Street cleaning has get to be done yet this year and the amount of debris and garbage is out of control, leading to rats, etc.

3731 9th Street NW has a large dog that is left outside year round and they do not clean up his feces. They also leave massive amounts of garbage and broken furniture on their back concrete pad. In addition to this, they have a sewage line that empties directly out of the back of the house into the alley. This has led to a massive rat problem that has damaged our cars and become a huge health concern.
