880 North Oakland, CA - BushrodI drive on 880 North from San Leandro to the Baybridge. I noticed that when I'm around Oakland, there is a section that have newly painted yellow lines next the divider on the fast lane, but the old painted lines are still visible about 1/3 into the lane. It's very distracting & unsafe to see the old line still there because it makes it allot harder to focus on staying in your lane. It's a section that is pretty curvy & the divider is very close to the yellow line. Please cover the old lines with gray paint or pave over it.

2660 Newhall St San Francisco, CA - BayviewThere is a big pothole on that side of the street, cross street is Egbert. That side of the street is very old, brittle & has many cracks & it's very bumpy to drive. Please fix pothole & redo that side of the pavement.

3242 Anza Street San Francisco, CA - Outer RichmondMy father needs to use an electric wheelchair to get around, but the curb near where he lives doesn't have a ramp for him to go up & down when he needs to cross the street. His wheelchair tires got damaged because he was force to roll down the curb when their wasn't a ramp. The intersection is 24th street. Please make a curb ramp & fix his wheelchair so he can get around his neighborhood.
