Graffiti/Blight Öppna1800 Campbell Street Oakland, California - Prescott Oakland PointThis an enforcement issue (BLIGHT) to be directed to the owner of 1800 1830 1840 Campbell Street. Since they kicked out the previous tenants (artists), it sits empty and is creating and attracting a lot of problems. A car was torched in front last week and another car was dumped is the same exact spot in less than 5 hours. The telephone pole caught fire. We called 911. There is trash around the property and it is covered in graffiti. This is a HUGE problem. It also has NO EXTERIOR LIGHTING. It need to be painted or sandblasted. The city needs to step in, fix it and send the owner the bill. Or create city subsidised studios/housing for local artists.
