there are multiple dogs at this location and the dog feces hasn't been picked up yet this summer.

they were evicted and had a bulk pickup already this week and came back last night and put another pile out. There is food which rats have gotten into, dead animals, beer and I do not know what else.

you were out and said no issues were found for blight. Must not of looked in their back yard and around garbage cans. I will report it for cutting of the grass then and hope someone looks at the house and sees all the crap laying around, including the bags of used kitty litter. they even have large cans of exposed paint and other chemical's at side or behind garage. We only want common courtesy.

they put this out like this all the time. Rules are the night before, but it sits for up to 3 weeks

They have put garbage out like this many times since they have moved in this past 6 months. The back yard is full of garbage.

We have had chicken's next door for a year come September. Have gotten ahold of the health department 2 times and Brian has come out both times. He's talked to the neighbor at 2340, but she refuses to move her chickens. We have baited and snapped trapped at least 20 good-sized rats. They have destroyed our hot tub and are now living not more than 10 feet from our house. The encloser for her chickens is closer than that to her home and our fence. We have spent over $200 for bait and traps not counting what it will cost to repair or replace the hot tub.
