the corner house 2139 watts st. is overgrown with brush and trees, the brush blocks the view of on coming traffic exiting Dartmouth street. the brush has created excessive amounts of mosquitoes and has grown over into the neighbors yard. we have tried talking to the home owner and he states he cannot remove the brush due to his health.
