The green light is out on the right-side signal facing Howe St

This drain is backed up and causing flooding on Alston Ave

Broken tree branch hanging down over the road between Elm and Whalley, obstructing driving

A car (running a red light) dislodged the manhole cover, which is now in the street and being run over by cars and buses passing

Street light crossing Whalley doesn't react to car stopped at Harrison, sometimes never changes to Green

Multiple trash cans from Edgewood Park appear to have blown over last night, leaving lots of trash in the street and the cans off to the side of the road.

The crosswalk sign at the southeast corner of Willow and Orange was knocked over (but is still on and connected).

The elevator at the city's Granite Square parking garage functions very poorly. I found myself stuck in there for 5-6 minutes two weeks ago, with the door failing to open at the third floor. And more regularly, the elevator jerks and stalls, both on the way up and the way down.
