I reported this issue 3 years ago and it said it had been resolved, but nothing was done and it's obviously way worse after 3 more years.

It's extremely worn and the rubber has come off over 3/4 of the play structure, leaving the metal exposed. This doesn't seem safe when the little ones fall and also pieces of rubber flake off all around. I do not know the process for a new/updated play structure, but did want to report this, since it's becoming a safety issue.
