There is a large utility cover with a big opening. This is outside on the sidewalk by the K9 Country Club. Petroglyph Elementary School is across the street and children walk past this daily. Kids could trip or fall in this opening.

There are sounds like a walkie talkie beeping that are coming from a tall green city box. It’s located on the edge of Congress Park, next to a fence. The far north side of the park near the basketball court.

Playground equipment is in need of repair. All soft material has worn away and the structure is rusty. I reported this issue 3 years ago and it said it had been resolved, but nothing was done and it's obviously way worse after 3 more years.

The playground at Eagle Ranch Park is in bad shape. It's extremely worn and the rubber has come off over 3/4 of the play structure, leaving the metal exposed. This doesn't seem safe when the little ones fall and also pieces of rubber flake off all around. I do not know the process for a new/updated play structure, but did want to report this, since it's becoming a safety issue.

The weeds are extremely overgrown on the path to Eagle Ranch park. (Starting from Cactus Hills Pl) Along with this over growth, we have noticed an increase in mice making homes in the mess.
