Pothole and collapsing sides

cars are parking illegally in no parking marked spaces on the corner of water and mason it is dangerous to enter intersection as the illegal parked cars block line of site

juniper point development has caused a sink hole and the sewer is backed up and flooding

missed trash pick up on odd side of WATERS ST

People park in the no parking spots on both side of the corner of mason and waters. This prevents seeing oncoming traffic when trying to pull onto mason.

City repaired the opposite end of the street. They did not repair the sink hole on South Mason . see attached picture adjacent to the phone pole.

South Mason is a wreck. Previous entry was closed by city. No action has resolved this. See photo

Multiple potholes and crumbling asphalt

road has been dug up several times by Juniper point. inadequate repairs and now the intersection floods.

This is the third week in a row that the trash has not been picked up on Thursday or Friday

Juniper construction project has damaged the street. Illegally parked construction vehicles are blocking access to S. Mason.

Six post lights along the river walkway are out or had the tops broken. It makes it unsafe to walk after dusk. This walkway is a mess. You would think the businesses along here would take some pride.

Road is not passable to cars due to deep potholes from the juniper condo construction trucks.

South Mason st was missed for repaving. Waters and Buffom St were paved and the connecting stretch was not. It is in disrepair with numerous potholes and degraded condition.

The city left a large pile of granite curbstones piled up along the river walk between the sidewalk and the street.
