    The owners have had movable Emergency No Parking signs that they move around in the 3600 block of Prospect Street NW. They keep getting 6 month emergency No Parking supposedly for construction container but the container is only there perhaps 5% of the time. At other times they are using the entire length of the street for person vehicle parking. A clear abuse of this emergency parking permit. Where is the local parking enforcement person?? Not fair to other residents!!

    On the roadway and overhead signs of the inbound I-395 Case Bridge as it approaches the Washington Marina area, the far right lanes are EXIT ONLY but the overhead signs and roadway do not show this. Always dangerous and a traffic tie-up.

    Dangerous roadway condition: in the tunnel on Potomac River Freeway heading NW there is a large piece of metal, probably one of the fluorescent light fixtures, hanging down by wires into the roadway. Very dangerous situation. Unable to get through to 311 or DC DOT.
