Description

Dangerous roadway condition: in the tunnel on Potomac River Freeway heading NW there is a large piece of metal, probably one of the fluorescent light fixtures, hanging down by wires into the roadway. Very dangerous situation. Unable to get through to 311 or DC DOT.
