please remove the dead skunk in the middle of the road.

the traffic light at plum Grove road and Higgins is too short on plum Grove road it only lasts maybe 15 seconds it needs to be extended some more cars can clear the intersection.

At 5:40 AM the signal stays red in all directions for extended random amounts of time. This morning it was a minute and a half, last Wednesday after 5 minutes it had not changed and a two block backup just started driving through the red light.

Looks like sewer cover is sinking into street again. At the junction of the alley and Custer Ave.

On the 900 block of Custer in Evanston the last street light closest to the Evanston lumber yard gate is out.
