About three weeks ago we had servicemen come to our block to repair the sewer system. They dug up the road and replaced the sewer pipes. They worked long hard hours and managed to finish the job, including patching the road, by last Monday, April 20th. On Tuesday the 21st a team came and immediately ripped up the patches AND the road along the whole stretch they worked. It has remained rough and difficult to drive on since.
Why did they do that? Why hasn't it been paved over already? Why didn't they leave the patches up until the road could be paved completely?
