***EMERGENCY**** Entire Block Alley Lights Out

The entire block's alley streetlights are out. It's pitch black.

It needs to be cleaned frequently due to illegal dumping.

Someone is constantly illegally dumping in the alley behind 4231 Eads Street NE. Attached is a picture of what is currently in the alley.

The sidewalk is getting worst since my initial request. Please patch up the 4200 block of Eads Sidewalks.

The timer for the light inside with the Lowes needs to be adjusted for a longer period. It took 15 minutes for me to exit out of the Lowes. The current time only allows 2 cars at a time.

The street is out in front of 4231 Eads Street NE.

This morning all of the park lights and streetlights were out in this entire area. It is unsafe for pedestrians and needs to be addressed immediately.

Several streetlights are out on Minnesota Avenue near Hayes Street. There is a bus stop near this location. It is unsafe for riders, pedestrians walking to the Metro and runners in the neighborhood.

I've reported this alley light numerous times. There has been several home invasions and auto thefts and break ins in this area. Having a nonfunctional alley light helps promote instead of deter crime. This alley light does not work properly. IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED ASAP.

I have reported this alley light multiple times in the last two years. Most recently, I reported it two weeks ago. DDOT sent someone out last week. The light is still not working properly. For the last few nights, it has been completely dark in the alley. In the past months, the light rarely comes on and function properly. I strongly feel that lots of time and resources have gone into repairing this light over the past 2 years. At this point, I believe the entire light needs to be replacement.
