Since the city is performing so many safety issues throughout the city, (which is great) I'd like to suggest streetlights to be installed on Hillside Blvd, between Holly Ave and Dolores Way. This stretch of Hillside Blvd is pitch dark with no streetlights. With the increased volume of traffic on Hillside Blvd it creates a safety issue.

On Lawndale, at Hillside, the city recently installed a NO RIGHT TURN ON RED sign. There are green right turn arrows at the traffic signal. These green arrows do not lit up when the left turn arrow from Hillside on to Lawndale is lt. Since your not able to make a right on red, you must wait for a solid green in order to turn right. These right turn green arrows should be lit when the left turn arrow from Hillside on to Lawndale is lit. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thank you.

This is a "T" intersection. At the address listed there is a "STOP" sign. Vehicles constantly run this STOP sign. The SSFPD is aware of the problem here. Every once is a while they'll have an officer park on Hemlock Ave to monitor the STOP sign being run by violators. Being in a school zone area it creates an even greater safety issue. I would like to suggest to the city if they can install a SPEED BUMP at this STOP sign. A speed bump would eliminate this safety issue.

"PED XING" post at center median on Hillside Blvd has been struck and is damaged. Sign needs to be replaced.

At the southeast corner of this intersection are two "STOP" signs on tall wooden posts. These were used by the railroad for pedestrians. The tracks have been removed a few years ago. No more trains come through here. These two "STOP" signs need to be removed.

Is there any update on the approval of a traffic signal to be installed at this intersection? I remember the approval was back in 2018.

At the NE corner of the intersection is an electronic sign which displays the parking spaces available at the Miller Parking Garage. This electronic sign hasn't worked in months. Reported this a few times in the past. If sign is not going to be repaired, can it be removed?

Newly installed street sign attached to the traffic signal arm JEFFERSON ST > with right pointing arrow is incorrect. The arrow should be pointing to the left (<).

Newly installed sign that reads JEFFERSON ST that is attached to the arm of the traffic signal has an error on it. When driving on Hillside, going west, the sign has a right arrow, pointing toward SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DR. The arrow should be pointing to the left, pointing toward JEFFERSON ST. Arrow needs to be corrected.

The traffic signal turns to green for Victory Ave, with no vehicles on the street loops. It stays green for a long time. This backs up traffic on Spruce Ave, in both directions. Some vehicles run the red on Spruce impatiently waiting for a green signal.

On School St, northbound direction, at Hillside Blvd, the STOP sign needs to be turned to it's proper position and the pole is slightly bent.

The green IRVING ST street sign is missing.

The traffic signal control box is full of graffiti.

On So. Linden Ave, northbound direction, at Victory Ave, the STOP sign and pole have been struck. Both are damaged.

Sign at the entrance to this parking lot reads 2 hour parking. Sign is defaced with stickers.

On Hillside Blvd, just beyond School St, is a big white box truck. License plate, 7L94100. Truck has been parked here for a few days now, in front of a No Parking 3am-5am sign.

ONE WAY signs at this intersection are damaged. Street signs are twisted. Also, a NO RIGHT TURN sign needs to be installed, plus, a white arrow on the ground of Cypress Ave needs to be painted. Too many vehicles go the wrong way on Cypress to get to Grand Ave.
