Bike rack needed Archived201 South Boylan Avenue Raleigh, North Carolina - Hillsborough
This was prompted by a request sent today from the Bike & Pedestrian Advisory Commission (BPAC) on using See click fix for voting for areas to add new or additional bike racks. I've arrived by bike at this location in the past to find no bike space left, so a need may exist.
Anyhow, I'd happily withdraw my request to spare more comments but I have no way to do so, so please feel free to ignore.

217 Gardner Street Raleigh, NC - Wade
The unusual intersection of Gardner St. and Everett Ave. causes confusion and near accidents frequently. The most common scenario is South-bound traffic on Everette (driving counter-clockwise around the Rose Garden) failing to Yield to North-bound traffic on Gardner. The line of sight and street arrangement makes this an easy mistake for drivers, in spite of the signage.
One simple fix that could be effective is to add a dashed white stripe (or whatever is the regulation markings for this situation) to the street surface. Some indication along the east side of Gardner to indicate that it is the primary thoroughfare, would be extremely helpful.
