    The owner of the vacant lot at 2433 Girard Pl NE demolished the parking pad and driveway on this parcel and placed a dumpster illegally on the corner pocket park. When they finally removed the dumpster, they damaged the sidewalk on Girard, the curb on 25th St, and dumped the contents of the dumpster onto the pocket park. I want this cleaned up and the sidewalk and curb repaired.

    A small animal, maybe a possum, climbed into a recycling bin from a abandoned house next door and it appears it drowned. A neighbor went to empty the standing water from the recycling bin and in tipping it over, located the dead animal.

    The walk sign for crossing Florida at 8th St NE on the east side of the intersection is wrong and shoes a walk sign when pedestrian traffic crossing 8th St NE has a walk sign. I think the 8th St walk sign is facing Florida as a result of the wind storm.
