Section 3A in Forestdale cemetery has a leaky faucet

Manhole cover may be loose or may need to be raised. Loud thumping sounds as cars drive over it

Manhole cover is either seated too low or loose makes loud thumping noise when cars drive over

Tons of pot holes up and down Forest St. There is a bad one after Rand St and I need to swerve into the other lane of traffic to avoid it.

Forest St is a nightmare, you have closed the street all week from Pierce to Main. Wouldn’t this have been an opportune time to clean up some of this mess???

Someone dumped what looks to be a computer on the sidewalk

The condition the people left Main St after digging it up last week is atrocious. The holes were not filled in adequately causing large, potentially damaging potholes and thus slowing traffic. Please have the company rectify this issue ASAP

Hole by pond in Forest Dale cemetary. There is a large hole at the water with the concrete edge where we feed the fish. It is near street sign Brook. Can this be filled in? Thanks
